Choosing a Collision Center
As the owner of a motor vehicle damaged in an accident, you have the right to choose the shop where you wish to have your vehicle repaired. This is the law.
Do I Need More Than One Estimate?
No. Do not waste your time going to several shops gathering estimates. Select a repair facility that you feel comfortable with, then notify your agent or insurance company or ask the shop to make the call on your behalf. ProColor Hamilton East can work with any insurance company.
Notify Your Insurance Company
You have the right to choose. That is the law. We will work with your insurance company.
Is the Work Guaranteed?
ProColor Collision Hamilton East has a lifetime warranty against defect on all our paint work.
Make sure the shop you choose:
- Maintains a reliable, professional reputation
- Is properly equipped and organized to meet today's more technical repairing needs
- Maintains specialized equipment and systems at peak performance
- Has Repair Technician's and Painter's that are trained and licensed
- Will use the Parts required to maintain your factory warranty
Towing
Clarify with the towing company the location your vehicle will be towed to. This will make certain that no additional charges will be incurred. It is advised that you do not sign any paperwork at this time.
Rentals
You have the right to choose which rental company you use. Taylor Chrysler Dodge in partnership with ProColor Collision Hamilton East has a fleet of late model rentals on site.
